Each attendee will sample a tasting of two olive oils, and two balsamic vinegars, amuse bouche (a bite sized sample) and popcorn DuJour. In this workshop attendees will learn expert buying tips and learn what to look for when shopping for extra virgin olive oil. Attendees will be able to ask questions for a post Q&A. Each attendee will receive a 100ml bottle EVOO or balsamic and a small culinary gift!
